INTEGRATED FITNESS MID-SOUTH incorporates multiple forms of training in an integrated fashion as part of a progressive system. Training forms include core, cardio, flexibility, balance, reactive and resistance training.

Training is tailored to each client’s ability, age, and physical condition. Based on this simple, common sense and proven approach to fitness, I successfully construct a “can do” exercise program that is safe, fun, and productive for any client who is interested in improving their quality of life.
