Hours of Operation

hours-imageEach of us is motivated differently. The act of engaging in a fitness program can be met by many obstacles. Your busy schedule should not be one of them.

In order to assist you in scheduling a time that is both convenient and productive for you, I arrange personal training sessions from 5:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Personal training sessions on Saturday are scheduled from 7:00 a.m through 3:00 p.m.

Both 30 minute and 60 minute personal training sessions are offered for your convenience.
