Integrated Fitness Mid-South was established in order to serve those individuals who desire to participate in a personal training program built around their specific fitness needs and goals. Contributing to the success achieved by my clients is the fact that each training session is conducted one on one with full trainer focus on safety and efficiency.

In order to progress, challenges are required. However, challenges must be realistic, well planned and based on each client’s current level of capability and conditioning. The best way to understand the level of challenge appropriate for the next stage of progression and development is to listen to your body. Progression success is not measured by comparing the speed at which others achieve their goals. Progression success is measured by each individual’s safe ascent to their next level.

The one on one service and approach that I provide allows me to move through and monitor each stage with you as we listen to your body’s response and understand when and how it is safe to progress. This one on one approach is successful with everyone from the “couch spud” to the “weekend warrior athlete” and for any age.

One on one personal training provides individuals within any activity or condition level the opportunity to take advantage of multiple training forms including: core, flexibility, cardio, balance, reactive and resistance training. One on one personal training is the “can do” approach to fitness.
